After quite a few years of being a marketing leader at companies that span Fortune 200 to startups, I can see windows of opportunity in the landscape, strategic patterns of action that will be successful, and I can avoid mistakes that might trap others.

I also have an extreme drive to help business owners thrive by helping them create and articulate their value propositions. I spent 10 years coaching CEO’s on value propositions and how to position their businesses for investment and scalability.

I’m also a marketer who has spent recent years studying and marketing in the Customer Experience field, learning what it takes for a company to be so customer-obsessed that it drives core cultural and structural changes in the organization that improves overall service levels and financial returns.
